• Experience between 3 and 6 years in strategic planning, corporate governance, or similar roles;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Fluent in English (C1);

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and change initiatives;

• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making;

• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects;

• Collaborate with multiple teams in designing and implementing change management initiatives;

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations through the governance framework;
