Strategist, Reddit

Our client in the FI space, is looking for a Strategist / PM who will focus solely on Reddit.

You will build and operationalize the organization's approach to Reddit. You will serve as the central point of coordination, guidance, and oversight for everything related to the platform.

This will be a 12+ month contract, fulltime hours per week, and onsite in Downtown Toronto 3x per week (days are up to you). The intention is to extend into FTE after the initial 12 months.

Responsibilities

• to develop and own the company-wide Reddit strategy , this will include approach, guidelines & best practices, and strategic recommendations.
• create a Reddit playbook to help internal marketing teams launch and manage their presence.
• You will develop a Reddit Blueprint to scale across the organization.
• define what Reddit engagement should look like across the organization and identify opportunities for scalable growth.
