Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist to advance our global Workday environment. You will work on Core and Advanced Compensation, benefits, and related HR processes, ensuring stability and continuous improvement while implementing new functionalities.

You will participate in change requests, testing, deployments, and PoCs, with a focus on delivering compliant, well-documented solutions in a fast-paced, international setting.
