Strategic Warehouse Operations Lead

Shopee is looking for a Warehouse Manager in Plaridel, Bulacan to strategically manage warehouse operations in accordance with the company’s policies and vision. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and analytical skills, and have a strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs. Responsibilities include overseeing inbounding and outbound operations, ensuring SLAs are met, and managing overall warehouse cost and budget.
