Verda is building a European AI cloud and seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale international teams across engineering, product, GTM, and corporate functions.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, build pipelines, and advise on interview design, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics. Hybrid work in Helsinki or London, full-time, with a strong emphasis on employer branding.
