Gong is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager (Industry Expansion) to lead a high-performing Sales Engineering team as we expand into new verticals. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable processes and collateral that drive our AI-first go-to-market strategy.

You will recruit, mentor, and empower Sales Engineers, optimize workflows, and build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to accelerate revenue growth.
