Job Description

Transcom Bacolod is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to maintain optimized schedules and manage roster systems. You will support short-term plans and provide guidance to the Real Time Analysis team to meet pre-planned activities and improve efficiency.

The role requires forecasting and scheduling experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with WFM systems such as eWFM, Verint, IEX, Teleopti, and Genesys. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential.
