Achievers Network is seeking a Senior Director located in Junín, Peru, responsible for managing a team of Account Executives and the execution of the sales strategy. You will drive revenue goals and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and development of the team.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a strong background in competitive sales and excellent presentation skills. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an MBA preferred.
