This role is both strategic and execution-driven, combining mining knowledge, recycling technology, and commercial leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop a 5–10 year roadmap for critical minerals within MTC Group.
  • Identify high-potential minerals such as:
  • Lithium
  • Cobalt
  • Nickel
  • Rare Earth Elements (REE)
  • Graphite
  • Manganese
  • Copper & specialty alloys
  • Build business models across:
  • Recycling
  • Urban mining
  • Primary mining partnerships
  • Import/export & trading.


  • Mining & Resource Exploration (India Focus)
  • Identify and evaluate mineral blocks, exploration opportunities, and auctioned mines.
  • Liaise with:
  • Geological Survey of India (GSI)
  • State mining departments
  • Private mine owners.
