Planate Management Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator to support project cost planning, estimating and cost control from Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The role requires taking-off quantities, analyzing bids, tracking costs, and coordinating with project teams to ensure commercial alignment.

The candidate should read technical drawings, contracts, and schedules, with experience in scheduling concepts (Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus) and familiarity with Bluebeam and Plan Swift
