The role involves preparing monthly cost reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with site teams to control expenses and ensure accurate cost allocation.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years’ experience with a main contractor, proficiency in Cost X or Glodon, and holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
