**Job Purpose and Impact**
Lead and drive the in-market pricing capability as a strategic commercial function that enables profitable growth, margin optimization, and value creation. The role owns the local pricing operating system, pricing governance, pricing strategy, margin management, price realization, and adoption of enterprise pricing capabilities, ensuring pricing decisions are aligned with business strategy, market dynamics, customer value, and financial objectives.
This role acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, RMS, SMT, MSC, and Leadership Teams to enable disciplined, data-driven, and value-based pricing decisions across the organization.
