Position: Strategic Portfolio and Business Continuity Specialist

Department: Business Process Optimization and Strategy

Location: 6300 Steeles Ave West, Woodbridge, ON

Total Potential Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the Business Continuity Programme (BCP) and supporting execution of the company’s strategy through strategic prioritization, initiative intake, and KPI tracking.

The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that:

  • The organization is prepared for business disruptions

  • Strategic initiatives are clearly defined and aligned to priorities

  • Leadership has visibility into performance through consistent KPI reporting

    • This role works closely with business leaders and IT PMO to ensure initiatives are well-structured and ready for delivery, while project execution remains with delivery teams.
