Job Description

Hartalega seeks an experienced professional to drive the PMO governance and transformation for the Project & Technology Department in Malaysia. You will lead system design, policy alignment, and performance reporting to enhance efficiency and transparency across the division.

You will oversee Civil & Structural framework, liaise with consultants and authorities, and ensure projects comply with statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement across governance, SOPs, and KPIs.
