A national movement for apprenticeships seeks a Programme, Policy & Partnerships Manager to drive partnerships, influence policy, and enhance community engagement. This role requires a proactive leader comfortable with external representation, commercial conversations, and building strategic partnerships across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development or community engagement and will work mainly from the Birmingham office with regular travel across England. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
