• Skills Needs Assessment with Private Sector Partners: Conduct surveys among local businesses to identify skill shortages and align vocational and technical training curricula with these findings.
• Capacity-Building Workshops for Partner Organizations: Deliver training focused on financial facilitation and engaging the private sector, enabling partners to redefine their value propositions and measure significant economic outcomes.
