Strategic Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

The Strategic Operations Project Manager drives project execution across Strategic Operations initiatives, with primary focus on client onboarding engagements. You ensure projects stay on track, resources are coordinated, risks are surfaced early, and stakeholders stay informed.

This role requires confidence, presence, and the ability to operate independently while working directly with senior leadership. You will coordinate across shifts, departments, and time zones—often navigating ambiguity and competing priorities. You are not a passive tracker of tasks; you actively drive progress, remove obstacles, and hold people accountable to commitments.

You report to the Strategic Operations Manager but will work directly with a Managing Partner on a regular basis. This requires someone who can receive direct feedback, push back when appropriate, and operate comfortably at the leadership level without becoming deferential or frozen.
