Strategic OD & Training Leader

First Sumiden Circuits Inc. is looking for an Organizational Development professional to enhance performance and employee engagement through strategic planning and training program design. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing context, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

This position demands effective communication, leadership, and the ability to manage change as well as develop training programs. The candidate will also liaise between management and staff to align organizational goals.
