Strategic & Mine Planning Engineer Supervisor

We are looking for a Strategic & Long-Term Mine Planning Engineer to join our mining operation and play a key role in developing long-term mine plans that drive operational excellence and sustainable production

• Develop and update the Ultimate Pit Limit (UPL) and Pit Phasing design to support long-term mine development.
• Prepare Life of Mine (LOM), 5-Year, and 3-Year Mine Plans, and translate them into annual production targets.
• Develop annual production plans, including ore/coal production, overburden removal, and fleet requirements.
• Determine long-term strategic locations for waste dumps, tailing dams, haul roads, and processing facilities.
• Conduct mine economic evaluations, including sensitivity analysis on commodity prices and operational costs.
• Collaborate closely with site operations to optimize mining activities, minimize ore loss, and reduce dilution.
