Strategic Key Account Manager – Auckland, New Zealand

Roche Diagnostics NZ (RDNZ) is looking for a visionary Strategic Key Account Manager to join our Auckland team and champion impactful, win/win partnerships that elevate patient care across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own key account relationships, lead contract management, conduct high‑level business reviews, and resolve commercial challenges.
  • Map customer organizations, uncover hidden opportunities, and inject customer insights into RDNZ’s broader strategic vision.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value to clients.
  • Ensure all documentation and operations meet Roche’s gold standard for quality, compliance, health, and safety.
