You will ensure operational excellence across multiple services like Help Desk and NOC, driving performance and SLA governance.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in account management and a solid understanding of IT support operations. A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, along with strong communication skills in English.
