Neuron Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to establish and lead a robust PMO for enterprise IT transformations across CRM, Billing, Mobile App, Web Portal, Smart Metering, AI Chatbot, Omnichannel, FSM and GIS.

You will drive governance, budgets, and cross‑functional execution with senior stakeholders. The role requires 15+ years in IT programme management, PMP/PgMP, and a proven track record in large-scale deployments across utilities, government, or telco sectors.
