Roche in Basel is seeking a Strategy Deployment Office professional to design and run a lean, AI-enabled portfolio and performance monitoring system. You will shape the approach, pilot new tools, and report to senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

You will build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance cadences, while engaging a broad Operations community to ensure data quality and broad adoption across the organization.
