MST Facilities Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak, seeks an experienced Facilities Account Manager to lead the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will oversee hard and soft services, drive KPIs, ensure safety and reliability, and manage the site team.

The role requires strong leadership, contract and financial management, and stakeholder engagement with the customer, plus compliance with EHS, PTW, and statutory requirements.
