MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Facilities Account Manager to lead a major IFM contract at a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Ipoh. You will drive account performance, manage Hard/Soft services, and lead a multidisciplinary team to meet KPIs, SLAs, and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in FM/IFM, strong leadership, and experience with mission-critical facilities. Prior exposure to semiconductor environments and certifications such as HT Chargeman or CFMM are a plus.
