Alfa Infra Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR & Compliance leader to manage the full scope of human resources and regulatory compliance across the group, aligning initiatives with business objectives.

You will develop and implement HR policies, ensure adherence to Employment Act 1955, OSH and other statutory obligations, oversee recruitment to separation, and drive governance, audits and risk management with cross‑functional teams.
