Job Description

We're looking for a senior HR professional who can translate strategy into action and build high-performing teams across our dynamic investment holding company.

Location: Based in Fujairah – work from one of the UAE's most scenic emirates while driving impact across the Group and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to subsidiary HR teams and business stakeholders, translating Group HR strategy into operational excellence
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals across the Group, building capability and driving engagement
  • Ensure consistent implementation of core HR processes across all subsidiaries
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, transformation projects, and HRIS optimization
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and change management
