Job Description

Genesis is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner to provide strategic leadership across a wide range of operations. You will work with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen risk management, influence safety decisions and continuously improve the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management System.

You will lead critical risk assessments, investigations and audits, ensuring alignment with New Zealand legislation.
