Spear Bio is seeking top-performing Business Development Managers to introduce our ultra-sensitive immunoassays to the Life Sciences and CRO markets in the Northeast region.

We value candidates with MS or PhD in biology-related fields and 4–10+ years in sales or BD, capable of engaging Big Pharma, Biotech, CROs and academia. Travel is expected 30–40% as part of building a high-growth sales funnel.
