INNOCEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a senior governance and compliance leader to advise Management and the Board on governance trends, regulatory expectations, and ESG compliance.

You will drive the organization’s governance framework by managing key policies such as Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery, and Conflict of Interest. You will ensure the integrity and timely preparation of Board papers, oversee internal audit programs and action plans to align controls with best practices.
