Expected Deliverables
Analysis of our cost structure and identification of the main cost drivers
Clear assessment of the revenue level required for sustainable profitability
A compact 12-month scenario model including three cases:
Stabilisation (cost optimisation)
B2B focus
Growth scenario
Assessment of liquidity position and working capital structure
Recommendation of a maximum of five key KPIs to steer the business
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
