About the Role

Valsoft is looking for a highly analytical, business‑oriented Strategic Finance Manager to help leadership better understand, operate, and scale one of their software businesses.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Strategy. You will work directly with leadership to improve visibility into business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support strategic decision‑making. This is not a traditional accounting role. We are looking for someone who wants to deeply understand how a software business operates and help drive smarter, faster decisions across the organization.
