Position
This is a senior, judgement-based advisory role operating directly alongside the Executive Chair. The purpose of the role is to protect the Chair’s authority, judgement cadence, and cognitive bandwidth by acting as the first human filter between the organisation and the Chair, and by strengthening decision quality around M&A, international expansion, capital risk, and other high-stakes financial matters. The role carries advisory and framing authority; it sits upstream of management and alongside the executive team, with no operational accountability or team management.
