Copeland LP in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Plant Controller/Finance Manager. You will analyze variances, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and payroll governance for the Mexican entity across two business units.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, strong knowledge of labor and tax law, and proficiency with ERP systems (JDEdwards, Oracle, SAP). English fluency and MS Office skills are essential.
