Trend Micro in Norway is looking for a Customer Success Technical Advisor (CSTA) to lead technical strategy for enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll transition from troubleshooting to becoming a Trusted Advisor, enhancing cybersecurity resilience.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in technical support and must be fluent in German and English. You will collaborate across teams to ensure customers make effective use of Trend Micro’s solutions.
