Job Description

Accesso is seeking a Client Success Manager in Singapore to oversee client communications and solutions for existing and prospective clients. This role is fully onsite and involves assisting in R&D and supporting sales teams in tailoring proposals to client needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong account management and communication skills, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Bonus points for experience in eCommerce or the guest-facing service industry.
