About the Role

The Strategic Engagement Manager is a senior leadership role within the Community Development Office, responsible for integrating and elevating the School's marketing, communications and events functions through a cohesive engagement lens.

Reporting directly to the Director of Community Development, this role ensures that brand, narrative, campaigns and events operate as coordinated drivers of enrolment stability, reputation, retention and community connection. The position provides strategic alignment and performance oversight across Marketing & Communications and Events, strengthening coherence, sequencing and impact across the annual School cycle and in preparation for CGS's Centenary in 2029.
