Job Description

Nscale is seeking a Development or Senior Development Manager to lead front-end development activities across a portfolio of European AI data centre projects. You will drive site due diligence, acquisition, permitting, utility agreements, and pre-development coordination, coordinating with consultants, authorities, utilities, and internal teams.

Based ideally in Norway (Oslo preferred), this role requires commercial acumen, strong organisation, and the ability to move multiple workstreams
