Job Description

Key point of contact for customer engagement and retention for strategic accounts in the region. The Strategic Account Consultant should have strong aptitude in understanding what is required to drive customer retention & growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs.

What the Strategic Consultant will do:

  • Become the trusted advisor in customer journey from Day1.
  • Drive overall customer satisfaction and ST product usage to expand engagement beyond the immediate users.
  • Provide onboarding training and regular training of ST products. 
  • Provide in-depth market insight based on clients’ business pain point and ST market data, and educate the ROI of the use cases supported by ST data.
  • Collect and analyze product feedback from customers, and handle the communication with internal product and engineering teams on product optimization & bug fix.
