Your Mission

As ourStrategic Communications Lead,you will play a key role in strengthening how Parts & Services informs, aligns, and engages over 8,000 global stakeholders across regions, functions, and frontline teams.

You will develop and implement a clear, structured internal communication strategy that drives our culture transformation, enables transparency, and improves access to relevant information.

You will be the driving force behind effective messaging, platform governance, and content creation, ensuring that our teams worldwide receivetimely, consistent, and meaningful communication that supports their daily work and long-term success.

This role is preferably based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, or Tampere, Finland; however, other key production facility locations globally may also be considered.
