Strategic Commercial Development Lead

Calmar Land Development Corporation (CLDC) seeks a Project Development Manager (Commercial) to lead the company’s commercial portfolio from concept to completion. You will drive market research, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and master planning for retail, mixed-use, and office developments.
