Strategic Collections Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a dedicated individual to manage delinquent accounts by contacting customers to resolve outstanding bills. This role involves making at least 35 calls a day to ensure collection goals are met, along with preparing reports on collections status.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have experience in Customer Service or Credit and Collections. A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
