Job Description

AMETEK is seeking a Buyer Planner to join our Materials team. You will manage work orders and production schedules based on MRP recommendations and customer demand to ensure a smooth flow of materials through manufacturing.

You will also purchase direct and indirect materials and contracted services, supporting BOMs, work centers, and routings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, strong communication, and a proven ability to negotiate with suppliers while improving inventory turns
