Job Description

Probe Group is seeking a Solutions Architect (Manager-level IC) to design innovative BPO and CX solutions that support client growth. You will work with Sales, Operations, WFM, Pricing, Technology, and other teams to craft compelling, commercially viable offerings and respond to RFPs.

You will lead solution workshops, contribute to transition planning, and ensure feasibility and competitiveness of proposed deals in a fast-paced environment.
