Strategic Bid Manager - Defence Engineering (Hybrid)

Thales is seeking a Bid Manager based in Templecombe, Somerset, or other locations in the UK. In this role, you will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary bid teams to deliver high-quality proposals in the Underwater Systems domain. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate has proven bid management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires Security Clearance, which the successful applicant must undergo prior to employment.
