Job Description

Brickstech in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a Customer Success/Sales Associate to manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales process. You will conduct product demos, perform discovery calls, and support existing clients throughout onboarding and adoption.

In this role you will maintain CRM records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on reducing churn while identifying renewal and upsell opportunities.
