Position: Strategic Account Manager
Reports to: SVP Sales & Marketing

Texada is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the SVP Sales & Marketing and works cross-functionally with all functions to drive customer value creation enabling increased growth and retention.
Strategic Value
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll use your expertise and consultative selling skills to build strong executive relationships, expand customer adoption, and maximize Texada's revenue growth. You will own renewals, expansions through user and module growth, and act as a trusted advisor on Texada's full product portfolio. This role requires the ability to travel in the US & Canada and to engage with strategic key Texada customers.
Work Location and Travel
Remote, with 25% travel required (customer sites and occasional travel to Mississauga office)
