Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager will serve as a key growth advisor to our customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers to help clients evolve and strategically expand their use of our platform and services. This role aims to improve client satisfaction, retention, and expansion of 360insights’ value across our client base.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a large SaaS Strategic Account Manager or Enterprise Client Success Manager

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively manage the growth of our customers.
  • Identify new ways for our clients to use and optimize the 360 platform within their business and broaden their ability to increase their return on investment.
