Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own full commercial relationships with global financial institutions including renewals, expansion, and retention
• Monitor account health across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions; identify risks early and build intervention plans
• Design and deliver executive business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value
• Drive inbound expansion deals independently and collaborate with Account Executives on strategic accounts
• Own client-facing communication during delivery issues, track commitments, and hold internal teams accountable to resolution
• Accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop mitigation plans using account health data and delivery performance indicators
