Warehouse & Logistics Manager — Alice Springs

Asia Pacific Aircraft Storage (APAS) is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of the warehousing and logistics function at our Alice Springs facility. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be accountable for the performance of the operation and for building, leading and developing the team that runs it.

We're after someone who leads from the front — sets the standard, holds the team to it, and takes responsibility for outcomes rather than simply administering processes.

What you'll own

• Lead, develop and hold accountable the team responsible for day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
  
• Set clear expectations and standards, and manage team performance to meet them.
  
• Take end-to-end accountability for warehousing activities — inventory control, storage, shipping and receiving.
